Villas Tenerife - Four Bedroom Holiday Villa with Private Pool and Garden.

A spacious four bedroom, three bathroom villa sleeping a maximum of eight people.

Including individually controlled aircon/heating in all bedrooms and the living area. The spacious sun terraces around the villa have fabulous views over the Atlantic and mountains.

James Villa is built on two levels.

Accommodation and Facilities

Living Space: Entrance hall leading into large living area/dining area including large flat screen t.v with British Satellite Channels.
 

Also leading from the entrance hall there is a double bedroom consisting of double bed with ensuite shower room.

There is small cloakroom/wc leading from the entrance hall

 Kitchen: 

Consists of kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, hob and dishwasher. Outside the kitchen is a utility room consisting of washing machine, airer and iron and ironing board.

Bedrooms:-

Three bedrooms upstairs.

Master Bedroom consisting of King Size Bed with aircon, flat screen t.v and a seperate wardrobe area. The Master Bedroom also has a large ensuite bathroom and it's own private balcony with fabulous views over the Atlantic Ocean and patio furniture for that relaxing night cap!

Double Bedroom consists of double bed with aircon.

Twin Bedrooms consists of twin beds with aircon.

On this level there is a large bathroom for the two bedrooms to share.

Also to save on luggage allowance, hairdryers are provided in all the bedrooms.

Outside Facilities:-

Large terraces surrounding the villa with sun loungers and padding, a jacuzzi hot tub is situated on the terrace along with the private pool which is consistantly heated all round to a temperature of 27 degrees.

All beach and pool towels are provided.

There are two sets of Patio furniture for the Al Fresco dining and also a large Gas BBQ is provided.

Accomodation and Facilites:-

This residential villa is located in San Eugenio Alto. It is situated at the top of a hill so access for reduced mobility clients is difficult although not impossible.
 
James Villa is close to the heart of the hustle and bustle of  San Eugenio, a popular resort area awash with bars, restaurants and shops. The compact San Eugenio Shopping Centre is a 20 minute stroll away. Here you will find everything from souvenir shops to fashion retailers, electronic outlets to supermarkets. If you like a variety of food, take your pick from Chinese cuisine, spicy Indian, quality Italian and traditional Canarian.

A choice of three golden beaches lie within a 15-minute walk, close to the gleaming harbour of Puerto Colon with its millionaire yachts, excursion catamarans and deep-sea fishing boats.

Although a car is not essential it is recommended as James Villa has easy access to the TF1 motorway enabling you to navigate around the island with ease.
A few minutes from James Villa you will find the  original Aqua Land with it's daily dolphin shows and just a 10 minute stroll away you will also find one of Europes largest waterparks Siam Park and a short car or taxi ride some of the top competition golf courses.
